High Street Medical Clinic provides comprehensive primary care for registered patients, including preventive care, chronic disease management, acute concerns, vaccinations, mental health care, minor procedures, prenatal and newborn care, and referrals when needed.
We are a teaching clinic affiliated with UBC and SFU, so patients may be seen by medical learners, nurse practitioner students, or residents as part of their care team.

How to book
The fastest way to book is through MyHealthAccess.
Use online booking for:
Virtual or phone visits: select Tele or Med Refill
In-person visits: select Office Visit and include the reason for your visit
Prescription refills: book a Med Refill appointment
Only registered patients can use online booking. Each adult should have their own MyHealthAccess account. Minors can be added under one parent’s profile as “dependants”.

Laboratory Services
Laboratory testing services, including blood work and other diagnostic tests, are available through Fraser Health with a physician or nurse practitioner requisition. Some tests may require preparation such as fasting.
